Eating Harmony is a simple blog about how you can balance the food in your life. Americans are getting fatter and fatter compared to the other populations in the world, myself included and I really want to change that.
I realized early on that part of the problem was the way and what I eat on a daily basis. The typical American meal is full of unnatural and natural items that in reality are not that health for you.
This blog is an attempt to show not only how the foods you buy on a daily basis are making you fat and killing you but to also showcase on of the joys in my life, cooking!
I am a computer programmer by trade but I love to cook and have been spending more and more of that time cooking looking for healthy alternatives to everyday items we buy in the grocery stores.
My goal? To provide you with a little education, ideas on how to improve your cooking by changing the ingredients you use and to be a little bit healthier every day.
