Healthy fruit at the bottom yogurt
Description
Love yogurt but fear the calories or carbs then give this a try.. Mix greek yogurt with your fav fruit (I no suger added frozen fruits) and a few drops of liquid stevia makes for a great morning treat.
Using the greek yogurt provides you a higher protein content plus its thicker then normal yogurt so the juices from the berries won't water it down.
